Refunds

6. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate customer contact information
• Give us access to your Google Business Profile and other review platforms
• Respond to urgent requests within 24-48 hours
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
• Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Unfuck Your Reviews or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
